Effective 15 June 2017, we will be making changes which will increase the number of Points required to redeem a range of gifts cards, merchandise and travel available in Card Services Rewards. The new number of Points required will be published on the rewards website at that time.

On 24 November 2025, Card Services are moving to a new system and a refreshed MyCard brand. Learn more about the changes here.

Effective 25 August 2025, all Card Services Rewards credit cards will have a monthly cap calculated per monthly statement period:

  • 10,000 points cap for all cardholders enrolled in the Card Services Rewards Program
  • 2,500 points cap for cardholders enrolled in the Card Services Qantas Rewards Program

Please note effective from 16 November 2025, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer will no longer be available as a Points Transfer redemption partner, and Shop with Points at Kogan.com will no longer be available as a redemption option. Reward Points redemption will be unavailable from 7PM (AEDT) 16 November 2025 to 24 November 2025 as part of our scheduled system outage.
