Important Information
Card Services Rewards points are earned, allocated, redeemed, forfeited or cancelled by eligible cardholders in
accordance with the Card Services Rewards terms and conditions. Bonus offers and/or merchandise offers are
limited and available to redeem from 1 October 2014 until 31 December 2014 or until stock runs out. Details of
points required to redeem rewards are subject to change without notification. We may at any time and in our
discretion without notice withdraw, limit, modify, cancel or increase the number of Reward Points required to
redeem a particular reward. Delivery charges (freight) are included in all reward points for products. Points + pay
amounts will be charged to the Primary Cardholder’s credit card. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Full

1. Redeem to win promotion:
Promotion closes at 11.59p.m AEST on 1 December 2014. There will be 1 prize draw
with 2 prizes. Total prize pool value is $1,500. Entrants must hold a Card Services Rewards Credit Card, and use
their Card Services credit card rewards points to redeem any denomination Myer gift card. This does not include
merchandise, non–Myer gift cards or cinema tickets. (“Entry”) Multiple Entries are permitted. Eligible Entrants
will receive one Entry into the draw for each valid Entry submitted during the Promotion Period. The Draw will
be held at 1p.m. AEST on 8 December 2014 at Pinpoint of 34 James Craig Road, Rozelle NSW. The winners will
be notified by phone and mail. The winners of the 2 prizes will have their names published in The Australian

2. Take Flight Travel Service
is operated by Pinpoint Travel Group Pty Ltd. ABN 70 003 745 999. Travel
booked via the call centre must be paid in full using the cardholder’s Card Services Rewards Credit Card, with
a cashback processed to the value of points redeemed. Cashback on cardholder’s account may take up to 14
days. Redemption via the Take Flight call centre is available only to cardholders enrolled in the Rewards Program
and is not available to cardholders who enroll in airline frequent flyer direct earn rewards programs. All offers
are subject to availability and change without notice. Offers may vary according to itinerary options, currency
fluctuations and taxes at the time of booking. All offers are based on certain travel dates, other dates available,
prices may vary. Prices are correct as at 15 September 2014 but are subject to change at any time without notice.
Flight restrictions, cancellations, reissue fees apply. Package subject to availability at time of booking, seasonal
surcharges and blackout dates may apply.
3. Virgin Australia Lounge Pass:
Cardholders must purchase a domestic flight with Virgin Australia through
the Take Flight Travel Service in order to be eligible to receive a complimentary Virgin Australia Lounge Pass.
Maximum one lounge pass will be issued per booking (booking is defined by transaction, i.e. a booking for two
passengers will be awarded one Virgin Australia lounge pass) and is valid for two people. Virgin Australia Lounge
Pass is a single entry pass valued at $65. Lounge passes are valid for six months from date of issue. Virgin
Australia domestic flight bookings must be made between 1 October to 30 November 2014 in order to qualify.
Virgin Australia Lounge Pass will be issued within 14 business days of booking and will be sent by mail. Virgin
Australia Lounge Pass is subject to the terms and conditions of the Virgin Australia Lounge Rules.
4. Sheraton Denarau Villas:
Prices shown are per family based on two adults and two children under 12 years
of age. Travel based on 1 November to 26 December 2014 and 4 January to 31 March 2015. Minimum four
consecutive night stay required for offer to apply. Bonus inclusions are limited to one time per stay per room.
All travel must be completed within travel dates listed. Flight details must be advised at time of booking in order
for transfers to be included. Return seat in coach transfers are from Nadi airport to resort. Not combinable with

November 2014 to 31 December 2015. This fare must be booked with land arrangements. This is a non-refundable
fare and is subject to availability at time of booking. Valid for sale to 31 December 2014.
6. The Westin Resort Nusa Dua:
Prices shown are per family based on two adults and two children under 12
years of age. Travel is based on 1 November to 25 December 2014 and 11 January to 31 March 2015. Minimum
seven consecutive night stay required for offer to apply. Bonus inclusions are limited to one time per stay per
room. All travel must be completed within travel dates listed. Flight details must be advised at time of booking in
order for transfers to be included. Not combinable with any other offer. Subject to availability at time of booking.
Return private transfers are from Denpasar airport to hotel. Tour operated by Tropical Experience Tours Bali.
