Scheduled maintenance currently taking place

On 24 November 2025, Card Services are moving to a new system and a refreshed MyCard brand.

Card Services Online will no longer be available from 7:30 pm AEDT Friday 21 November 2025, as part of our scheduled system change. You can continue to make purchases using your card as normal. 

If you need to report a lost or stolen card, dispute a transaction, or require additional support during this time, please call us on 13 24 84 (or +61 2 8225 0615 if calling from overseas).
